Feng Shui ToolsA house has a very specific energetic pattern determined by the land, the shape of the house, its position on the property, the direction and orientation of the house, the nearby street and numerous other parameters in and around a building. The main goal in Feng Shui is to balance the Qi/Chi of the house and match our own energy with the energy of our living space. In order to do so we utilize a number of measures and tools. Traditional Feng Shui tools include devices to balance the five elemental qualities (water, wood, fire, earth and metal) or items for protection such as statues of benevolent gods, animals representing good luck and prosperity, written blessings, etc. As you can see there is a fine line separating true energetic influence and upcoming superstition when dealing with such subtle energetic worlds.
Typical traditional Feng Shui tools are:
The list can be endless, and as previously mentioned, often crosses the line between real energetic impact and superstition which opens it up to easy criticism. In all fairness, I tried out many of the above tools myself, however, I did not always get the desired results. Nevertheless, the search for more effective devices opened up new realms beyond traditional Feng Shui: ancient Western Geomancy and Bio-Geometry aligned with modern Quantum Physics. These Western energy tools are often developed with the help of dowsing, intuition and clairvoyant guidance combined with new age science. They provide neutralization of detrimental earth energies and boost the beneficial parts of a space for the people living there. Uneven shapes of buildings are balanced, missing aereas energetically filled, sloped ceilings in upper floors counteracted and threats from neighbor buildings deflected.
To address personal drains caused by other people, co-workers, clients, patients or students, there are energetic shields available in form of pendants to sustain one's own energy against "energy vampires". Our six year old asks for his pendant before he leaves for school as he senses the difference over the day.
Examples for modern western energy tools are:
The methods we use for testing new devices are general observation of health and wellness, dowsing, AK-testing (Applied Kinesiology – muscle testing), the use of electronic equipment and increasingly new scientific methods such as thermography, live blood microscopy and skin response biofeedback.
A frequently asked question is how those tools work; how they neutralize a whole building from Geopathic stress and at the same time balance numerous Feng Shui problems such as irregular shapes (L-shaped or U-shaped structures), split levels, stairs running directly out the front door or sloped ceilings or beams. The energetic worlds are structured similar to our physical world, just not limited to form. In order to change resonances with detrimental forces and to enhance positive vibrational patterns very specific energetic programs are installed on "anchor tools". Try to compare this to the application of a program for a computer: a CD or a similar storage medium is necessary to utilize a program in the harddrive of the computer and to make it accessible. In a similar way energetic programs are anchored in devices such as the Feng Shui Power discs which activate carefully defined information as soon as they are placed in the inner etheric layer of a building. We see proof of the effect of those tools when insects move out of a house, when babies sleep through the night for the first time, or when AK muscle-testing shows us from one minute to the next a significant increase in a person's Qi/Chi. As always we hope to have stirred up your interest to learn more about the fascinating world of Feng Shui. Feel free to call or email me with any questions.
