Dear Werner!

I would like to take this opportunity to express how much I appreciate the Feng Shui work you have performed for my company, Forefield Inc. Forefield, founded in 1997, employs 44 people and has an outstanding business model. However, we were constantly struggling to reach our major business milestones. My wife is open to trying new things and was aware of the practice of Feng Shui. At her recommendation and insistence, I arranged to meet with you. The work you have done for Forefield has provided me, our employees and investors with a tremendous and enduring benefit. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in a way that hopefully will allow others to better understand the opportunity that working with you can bring into their personal and professional lives. I have written the balance of this letter to tell about my experiences with you so you might share this with others interested in your services.

My first engagement involved Werner's help to secure the company's third round of financing. After inspecting our offices, Werner made several recommendations and the result was simply amazing. After struggling for months to raise the necessary funding, we were able to close a $1.6 million financing round in just a couple weeks. I was most impressed but I must admit I was still somewhat skeptical as to the cause and effect of this critical success.

The second major intervention occurred when we were failing to close on a major license agreement that we had worked on for eight months with a Fortune 50 company. The discussions were in an uncontrollable downward spiral and appeared to be in grave danger. Werner returned to the Forefield offices and made several suggestions, which we immediately implemented. Within four days, we received a signed license agreement. Again, I was very impressed.

The third engagement with Werner involved the challenges we were facing to close a $6 million venture capital round. The negotiations had started out fine but were rapidly deteriorating. Failure to close would result in the end of our firm's existence. Again Werner came to Forefield, and after carefully assessing the environment, made very specific recommendations. Literally when Werner was in my office I was on the telephone speaking with one of the venture capitalists. He told me they were not going to close on the round. With in two hours of Werner finishing his adjustments to our office environment I received a call from the VC. He informed me that, not only would they close on the round, but also they wanted to close on the final documentation by the end of that business day! I was absolutely stunned and amazed and as result of my experiences spanning a year of working with Werner, I have become a true believer.
